One of the top 100 largest roofers in the United States had built their business exclusively on door-knocking and word of mouth, until now.
I partnered with senior designer Lisa Temes and worked directly with the CMO and the internal marketing team providing strategy, creative direction, and copywriting.
We started by refreshing the logo and brand guidelines, including new brand purpose, values, tone and voice as well a comprehensive copy library. Over 18 months we redesigned the website, launched a new social content strategy, and reworked every touchpoint along the customer journey from emails to yard signs.
